This board is made from end grain wood, which means that it absorbs the knife cuts easily and will last indefinitely. Size - 17.5" x 12" is the multicoloured butcher block. It is made from cherry, maple, and walnut. 17x18” is the maple board as shown if you select maple from the drop down menu. The price on this one is a bit higher due to its larger size.  Available wood choices are maple and walnut.
